At 6:30 am it was time to say goodbye to Brooke and Wyatt as it was time for Brooke to drop Wyatt off at day care and then head to work. Then at 7:30 am it was time to say goodbye to Darren.  We had some breakfast and coffee and waited until 9:00 am to leave so some of the morning traffic could clear out. The first 8 miles the traffic was heavy but keep moving, after that we had smooth sailing as the traffic through Atlanta was light. We made one stop for lunch and gas. It took us exactly seven hours from door to door, our best time. We unpacked the car and Cheri went right to work on doing laundry and I put away all the tools I took along with some that Darren gave me. We had pizza for supper and settled in to watch Dancing with the Stars and Judge Cheri was very disappointed and it looked like everyone else was in shock. It was good to be back in our own bed. Thank you God for a safe trip.
