I was up early as I didn’t sleep very well. Cheri had a better night’s sleep but got up with a sore throat. After breakfast and coffee we head out to check things out. Our first check was the church we are going to Sunday. We have been there before but was six years ago and wanted to make sure we knew the way and how long it would take us to get there. Next we headed to Menards which is a building supply store like Home Depot and Lowe’s. There aren’t any Menards in the southern states. When we lived in Wisconsin that is the store we got most of our building supplies. From there we headed to Kay’s restaurant which we have never been to before and won’t be going back again as it was ok but not what we liked. On the way back to the room we stopped at the grocery store to get some more soup like we had yesterday for supper this evening. Cheri settled in for a nap and I took a short walk down by the water for some pictures. When I got back I tried to take nap but that didn’t last long. This evening we watched the NASCAR race and then some Home and Garden TV for Cheri.
