We were on the road at
8:30 am heading for Branson to see Moses’s at Sight & Sound Theater which
is 140 miles away. After picking up our tickets I took Cheri shopping at her
favorite quilt shop. When we got to where it was we found out it has moved to a
different place. After getting some directions we finally got there. Cheri
found a few things she like and now has some more quilt projects to work on. It
was a little past 1:00 pm time to have some lunch. We eat one of our favorite
place’s and I don’t even remember the name of it but it is an old fifties type
dinner with singing waiters and waitress. It is also in an area with shops that
Cheri like to shop at. It also is the place with the big chair where we always
have to have our picture taken when we are there. After shopping it was time to
go to the theater to see Moses’s. The show started at 3:30 pm and didn’t get
over until 6:00 pm. It was a very good show and happy we got a chance to see
it. It took us a while to get out of the parking lot and then stopped to fill
up the car with gas along with a stop at McDonald’s for a chocolate shake and
then on the road back to Osage Beach. We made really good time and got back at
8:30 pm. Cheri was happy because she got to see the last half of Dancing with
the Stars and really didn’t miss anything. We were surprised with who came in second
and somewhat surprised who won.
