Gay Jan-15-19

I got a call this morning
at 7:15 am from a lady that said she had a major water leak and wanted me to
come quick. When I got there water was coming out from under the house. I shut
off the water at the street and then checked and found a water pipe had come
apart. She had the house plumbed many years ago and this pipe joint had never
been glued together. I was able to dry it out and glue it together and problem
solved. I am sure it must have been leaking since it was installed. Lucky it
didn’t do any damage to the house. The rest of the day was spent over in Tampa
Bay country installing two mirrors, a toilet, a cabinet over the toilet, light
fixture, and some electrical wiring. One the way home I checked out another job
and also filled the truck with gas. It was near 5:00 pm when I got home. The
temp had already fallen into the low 50’s so I was ready for a good hot shower.
Cheri had been busy with her Tuesday house work, organizing her sewing room,
and cooking pork chops in the crockpot for supper along with asparagus, mash potatoes,
and gravy. It was a normal evening of TV along with sausage, cheese, and
crackers for me to snack on. Thank you God for guiding us through another day.
