Gay July-15-19

My day started with getting the truck loaded with all my
tools to get ready for a 9:30 am appointment over in Tampa Bay country to do a generator
install for standby power during a major power outing. It took most of the day
as I also had to install the battery, oil, gas in the generator as it had never
been started before. We also did a simulated power failure got the generator
outside and hooked it up to the power box I installed. Then starting the
generator and turning on the breakers for house power. Then we went through the
shutdown and getting the commercial power reconnected. I had made a list for
them to follow step by step but was good to go through the process. My next
stop was to add a fitting to a shower head so it would spray downward more. I
was back home by 3:30 pm really hot and tired from working outside in all the
heat. I felt much better after my shower. I laid down on the bed and took an
hours nap before joining Cheri in the living room. Cheri spent the day with
Monday’s house work and then in the sewing room working on her quilt project.
We had leftover chili for supper and a normal evening of TV. We did have a rain
storm come through around 5:00 pm. Checked the rain gauge and received ¾ inch.
Thank you God for a blessed day.
