Gay July-4-19

I hope all had a happy 4th
with families, friends, and fireworks to celebrate our country. Plus a thank
you to all the military people for protecting our nation. Cheri and I went out
for breakfast at the Breakfast Station. Most of the breakfast was really good
except for the hash browns which were tough. I don’t think that they were
soaked long enough before cooking them. Cheri headed out to do some grocery
shopping at Walmart, she really didn’t want to go to Walmart but needed some
things there. I headed next door to continue working on the floor project. I
only worked four hours as my knees wouldn’t take anymore being down on them. I
also made a trip to Harbor Freight as my air stapler quit working and waited
until today to get a new one as I could get 25 percent off on the 4th.
So long story short I was done early today and had my shower and in the
recliner by 3:30 pm and felt good to be done for the day. We watched Hallmark mastery
movies along with some other shows we had recorded. Because of the big
breakfast we didn’t have any lunch today and also long as I got done work early
we had an early supper. Later we had a bowl of ice cream while watching TV. We
had a hard rain come through around 3:00 pm which lasted about 20 minutes and
received ½ inch, we also got ¼ inch yesterday. Thank you God for helping us
through another day.
