Gay Nov-27-19

I tried to sleep in this
morning but that only lasted until 5:15 am. It was cool 43 degrees this morning
but quickly warmed to the high 70’s. I did some internet searching looking at
campers. I found one that looked pretty good and texted them to see if it was
still for sale. Not hearing anything I went out to do some cleaning in my shop
and work area. Well I got a text back that it was still for sale. I called them
to see about checking it out and said that today was good for them. So I called
Larry and Denise to see if they would go with us to check it out and they said
that they would. So we picked them up and headed to Odessa about 35 miles away.
Cheri and Denise checked the inside and Larry and I checked the outside and
then went inside to check things out. After that we did a more detailed
inspection on everything inside and out. Larry did find a couple of places that
needed to be caulked. The camper is a 2018 Forest River. The model is a Prime
Time Avenger 21 feet long with one slide out. It looked like it had never been
used but the owner said that they used it three times. The reason they are
selling it is because of health problems. Long story short we are now the new
owners of the trailer. We will be picking it up on Friday. This evening we met
Don and Dee Langston at Plaza Mexico at 4:00 pm for dinner. They are a couple
we have met through my working for them. They have sold their house and are
moving north in the panhandle of Florida. They are a great couple and are going
to miss them. Thank you God for guiding us through this day and blessing us
with friends and a new camper.
