I know spring is really here as Cheri is doing extra cleaning in the 5th wheel. I headed outside as I didn’t want to get in her way or she might put me to work. I have enough work of my own to get done. I finished getting the camera hooked up on the 5th wheel. Now I have to get the cable run into the truck and some connectors added to the ends of the cable. While I was working under the 5th wheel and already dirty from crawling around I decided to grease and air up the tires and put the air sensors on the tires. While I was pulling myself around with my arms over my head I heard two pops in my shoulder and then felt pain. I continued to work but with pain. I also aired up the truck tires as long as I had the air compressor out. I had a lot of stuff out of the basement so I could fasten the camera cable up so I started cleaning it out and sorting through things I want to take with us when we leave. I was working in the sun and it was hot, like an idiot I forgot to put out the awning out, it’s much nicer working in the shade. I was about ready to quit when I got a call that the motorcycle was done. I had taken it in yesterday to have new tires put on and they also put new brakes in the back. So I called Bud and he took me down to pick it up. On the way back I stopped at Wal-Mart and got a trailer light connector to see if I can use it to make the camera cable connection form the 5th wheel to the truck. Late this afternoon I fire up the grill to cook some chicken breast. While I was in the process of doing that Cheri got a call from Pam & Mike wanting to know if we wanted to go out for supper and then back to their place to play cards. You know where the chicken breast went, yep back in the refrigerator. We met Mike and Pam at Red Robin for supper at 6:15 pm. Then we headed over to Mike and Pam’s for cards. The girls won the first game of Hand and Foot. Then Mike and I won the next two games. Then we played two games of SOB which I was the lucky winner. Sorry Pam it was the guy’s night to shine. It was 1:45 am before we got home, boy how time flies when you are having fun with special friends. Thanks Mike and Pam. Yes I have a lot of pain in my shoulder, but winning at cards helped relive the pain.
