Gay April-28-11

I went right to work on washing the rest of the 5th wheel. It was near 11:00 am when I got done. I was hot, sweaty and tired. The shower sure felt good. Cheri did some deeper cleaning inside. I was planning on waxing the part of the 5th wheel that I washed a couple of days ago. That all changed this afternoon, as we were sitting here taking it easy we hear a chain saw running. We look out the window see that the power company is cutting down a large palm tree that is about twenty feet from our 5th wheel and the wind is blowing our direction. They cut it down from the top in one foot pieces. So guess where all the saw dust went, yep all over the 5th wheel. I was one very unhappy person. I went out and talked to the guy on the ground and told him I had just finished washing the 5th wheel and wanted to know who was going to wash it again. He said that I would have to go to the park office and talk to them as the tree belonged to the park. The park manager said that I would have to talk to the power company because they are the ones that are cutting the tree down. Don’t you just love it when people keep passing the buck? I went back home and waited until they got the tree completely cut down and talked to the guy that was doing the cutting. He said you people are never happy and he couldn’t help which way the wind was blowing. Then he had the nerve to say it will be raining in a couple of hours anyway. Long story short he agreed to wash it if I got a pail of water and soap with a brush. So I got the cleaning supplies out and then went back inside to cool my heals. After they left I went out to check out the wash job and I ended up washing the roof, back and half of the left side again. After all of that I was in no condition to do any waxing today. Oh by the way it never did rain today. Cheri took Grandma to the doctor for her appointment for her throat. She now has to go for and x-ray tomorrow and then back to the doctor on Tuesday. After supper we had to go over to Wal-Mart to get some medicine for Grandma. I think today was the hottest and most humid day so far this year.
