Gay Sept-10-13

As
of today we have owned our house for two months, can’t believe it has been that
long already, although we have done several things to make it our home. Cheri
spent most of the day cleaning. I worked in the house shed today. I have
cleaned out one corner and run wire for some electric outlets. When I came in
for lunch Cheri had made some hot German potato salad to go along with the rest
of the steak I grilled last night. A couple of days ago I was thinking that it
had been over a year since Cheri last made any. I didn’t say anything to Cheri
but I guess she read my mine (scary, not much left to read). This afternoon we
made a trip to Lowe’s to pick up some peg board and plywood for the shed, then
a stop at Wal-Mart for groceries and gas. I went back to work on the shed and
got the peg board and ply wood up and ready to paint. Then I can move my work
bench from the other shed into the house shed where I will have more room to
work. This evening we went over to Baker Acers to start the sprinkler on Bud’s
lawn and then up to Norm and Marlene’s to visit. A while later Mike and Mary
showed up. After our visit I shut the water off at Bud’s and then we went to DQ
to have a butter finger blizzard. God blessed us with another wonderful day.
