We took the day off and went shopping or I should say Cheri shopped and I was her chauffeur. I got a call yesterday that I had a lab appointment at the VA for this morning. I was there a few days ago to check on it and they changed the date and canceled the one for today. Just to make sure I went over at 7:30 am to find out and it was canceled but nothing was done about the automated phone call. A while back I bought a couple of croupons for an hour of full body massage, so today was the day to have them. We left at 8:45 am and headed to Newport Richey for the massages. I got the time mixed up and we were 45 minutes early but they were nice enough to get us in right away. It has been years since we have had a message and it felt really good. From there we went to Hobby Lobby has Cheri wanted to check out the material department, she didn’t find anything there so we headed for Rainbow Ends quilt shop. On the way we stopped at Subway for lunch. Cheri did find some material at the quilt shop she is going to use for the dining room window. I think I will have to build another cornice for the window. It was a long drive and it was after 4:30 pm before we got home. We were done for the day and took it easy this evening.
