Gay Sept-29-13

Our
morning temp was down another degree to 67, the lowest since spring. I guess it
is a sign of fall in the air. Plus the humidity was low which made for a very
nice day. We picked up Grandma at 9:00 am and headed to church. Pastor Dean
continued the series on tidings and had another good message. After church
seven of us went to Chili’s for lunch. After we dropped off Grandma at home
Cheri and I went and got haircuts. We went at the right time as they had a sale
on haircuts for $7.99. It was after 1:00 pm when we got home, with no Green Bay
Packer football today I figured I would get some painting done in the house
shed. Well I started to walk by the recliner and that was as far as I got. I
watched the rest of the Wisconsin Badger game that I was watching last night
and saw the Badgers actually did better than I thought they would do. Cheri
read the Sunday paper and I watched the NASCAR race. After Cheri’s nap we
called Nikki and did a Skype video call with Cheri’s I Pad. We walked around
inside and outside of the house so she could see everything. We had wanted Coz
to see it also but he was at work. We also listened to some good old time gospel
music that Pam called us about. We spent the evening watching some of the new
fall TV shows. So it was a lazy day in the neighborhood.
