Cheri
and I had a very relaxing morning with our coffee. Cheri fixed me a breakfast
fit for a king. She fixed eggs, sausage, hash browns, and toast with cherry preserves.
It was near 11:00 am before we were ready to face the world. Our local grocery store
that is just up the road from us change from Sweet Bay to Winn Dixie and Friday
was the first day it was open. So we went and got groceries there this morning.
We like Winn Dixie but always had to drive across town to shop there. So it is
nice to have one close by. When we got home Cheri put the groceries away and
headed to the sewing room. I got the chalking gun out and chalked the opening
around where the plumbing and electric lines came throw the floor for the
washer and dyer. I made one last trip under the house to do some of the
chalking, glad to have that project completed. While we were at the grocery
store Cheri checked Red Box and picked up the movie Twelve Years a Slave. We
watched it this afternoon and what a great movie it was. I was going to go to
Lowe’s later this afternoon to take back a few things I bought and didn’t need,
but got lazy and didn’t get it done. I watched the NASCAR race this evening and
Cheri worked on her quilt project.
