I got my exercising done early so I could go out and work in the shop on the cord container before it got too hot. When Cheri got back from the pool she was busy getting her weekly house cleaning done. Then she spent the rest of the day in the sewing room. I got the cord container painted and installed, came out looking pretty good. It took me until 2:30 pm to get the project done. It was hot out and was glad to be done for the day. Around 4:00 pm we got the tail end of a bad thunder storm with some strong wind that came through, didn’t last long. The temp dropped from 92 degrees to 72 degrees in two hours. I checked the rain gauge and we received less than a half inch of rain. I got a call from Bahr’s Aluminum with the quote on the carport and the price was twice what I thought it would be, looks like it is going to be a long time before we can do that project.
