Grandma didn’t go to church with us today. We had a guest speaker and there wasn’t a written message for her to read and follow along with. She went to church with friends from her park. Our guest speaker was Dr. Paul Copan. The name of his message was If God created the Univerise, who created God. Cheri and I discussed it after the service and I think we are more confused than we were before, but it did get us to thinking. After church there were nine of us that went to Olive Garden for lunch. We had a really good meal and an excellent waiter. After lunch Cheri and I went shopping at Beall’s. They had a Father’s Day sale going on and I needed some new shirts according to Cheri. I hate shopping for clothes; Cheri usually buys me clothes when she is out shopping. I did get three new shirts. We also made a quick stop at Lowe’s to pick up a couple of things the desk cord container, then a stop at Wal-Mart for a few things that we forgot to get the other day. It was near 3:00 pm when we got home. Cheri headed for the sewing room and I headed to the recliner to watch the NASCAR race I was recording. It was another hot humid day with the temp in the low 90’s, I think summer as arrived.
