Gay Sept-4-15

We got an early e-mail
from Pam and Mike saying that she had an early doctor’s appointment and wanted
to know if we wanted to meet them for breakfast at the Village Inn after her appointment.
Of course we were ready as Cheri has been telling me she wanted to go out for breakfast.
Pam’s doctor appointment lasted longer than she thought it would but ended up
having breakfast at 9:30 am. After breakfast Cheri wanted take Pam to a new art
and craft store that opened a while back here in Zephyrhills. The shop has the
catchy name of Bug Splatter. They had a lot of neat and interesting things.
When we got home Cheri did her Friday house cleaning and I went next door to
remove seed pods from the palm trees and pull weeds around the neighbor’s
house. I was going to work on the motorcycle but after I got done at the
neighbors I was soak and wet with sweat and decided it was too humid and hot to
be out. So after getting cleaned up again I worked on the can light lay out for
the kitchen, having a hard time figuring out how many I need and the placement.
Late this afternoon I took Cheri for a massage and told her I would take her
out for supper after the massage. So we went to Sonny’s BBQ. Cheri had a pulled
pork sandwich and I had the lunch half rack of baby back ribs. All was very
good and came home happy and ready to settle in for an evening of TV. I know
that fall is here as we saw a camper pulling a car. The snowbirds are starting
to arrive. Which means our traffic will start increasing making it hard to get
around town.
