I spent the forenoon watching the NASCAR race that I recorded yesterday. Cheri disappeared into her sewing room and has started a Halloween project not sure what it is going to be. This afternoon I made up my list of things I need from Home Depot for the kitchen lights. So Cheri and I headed out to fill my list. I got everything I need to get started on installing the can lights. I ordered a six inch hole saw off the internet to make cutting the holes for the cans a lot easier and it should be here tomorrow or Wednesday. We stopped by to check Larry and Denise’s house and also made a stop at Wal-Mart to pick up medicine for Grandma. Late afternoon we got a call from Darren and told us that he and Brooke had been to the beach for the weekend said it was good to get away from work for a few days, sounds like he will be headed to China for a couple of weeks of work the end of September. Around 5:30 pm we headed over to Beef O Brady’s for their Monday night burger special. We were really disappointed as people that came in after we had ordered got their burgers before us and when we did get ours the buns were cold on top and the burgers were very dry, not a good experience. This evening Cheri said that her stomach wasn’t feeling very good and thought that it was from the burger, not a good way to end the day.
