Gay Mar-22-16

Well winter is still with
us as it was 37 degrees this morning. But on the bright side it did warm up to
be a very nice day with no jacket this afternoon. I took Cheri for her
appointment and I waited in the car for her working on the Sunday school lesson
along with some Bible study, time well spent. After lunch we went to see Mel
and Jan. They had wanted us to come and see their daughter Sherri and meet
their granddaughter Kayla along with their three great grandchildren. We had a
very nice visit with them. We were back home a little before 3:00 pm as Larry
and Denise were coming to haul our new flooring home. First Larry backed the
truck up to the house so I could get a ladder in the bed of the truck to take
the quilt block down. By the time I got the ladder out Larry already had it
down as he was able to reach it standing on the trucks tail gate. Then we
headed to Plant City to get the flooring. There were 69 boxes of flooring and
13 rolls of under lament which made a heavy load of 3,000 pounds. It made for a
good load on the truck. When we got home and had about half of it unloaded I
thought maybe we better check to made sure they gave us the right flooring and
it was. Now I have to make some decisions on which direction I am going to lay
it. I will know better on that decision after the old carpet is removed.
