We got a call from Grandma this morning and she told us the doctor called her and that her appointment today has been changed to a day we couldn’t take her so Cheri had to call the doctor to get it change. So I now have the whole day to work on the flooring. I contacted Larry and told him he could come early to help. Denise also came with her sewing machine. Cheri and Denise have been planning to do matching quilts and today they finally got a chance to work on them. It looks like they have a big quilt project. Larry and I worked all day on the floor and did get a lot done as part of it took a lot of time because of all the odd cuts that needed to be made. Larry did all the cutting and I did the laying. Larry was much better at figuring out all the odd cuts that would have taken me a lot longer. I think it was close to 6:00 pm when we finally called it quits and got things cleaned up. Cheri fixed barbeque on toast for supper. Tomorrow is Denise’s birthday and we are going to Lakeland leaving here at 2:00 pm to eat and celebrate her birthday. Larry and I are going to work on the flooring again tomorrow morning.
