I feel like I am on a slippery downhill slope as the months seem to pass faster and faster. Seems like it was just the first of Oct the other day. I took Grandma for her 9:30 am knee doctor appointment. We waited for forty minutes before we were call back to the examination room and then we waited another forty minutes for the doctor. The worst part of it was we were the doctor’s first patient and the doctor didn’t arrive until 10:30 am. It seems like every time we see this doctor we have to wait a long time. On the way back to Grandma’s we stopped at the hospital to get the drink that Grandma has to drink tonight and in the morning for a CAT scan she is having at 9:00 am tomorrow. After all was said and done it was 11:30 am when I got home. Cheri had her Tuesday house work done and was working in her sewing room. After lunch I went out and worked on the new rollout drawers. I got all 64 pocket holes drilled and laminate on the edges of two drawers. It was 3:00 pm when I got done and too late to get the saws out to cut out the bottoms. Plus I was tired and ready to relax and take a nap in the recliner. Cheri was already done and watching some old episodes of Fixer upper. After supper we settled in to watch several shows we had recorded.
