Grandma didn’t go to church with us this morning as there wouldn’t be any message notes and no Sunday school today. We had a guest speaker (Byron Paulus) from Life Action Ministries. It was a revival on prayer and he preached a different message for each service which is why there wasn’t any Sunday school today. It was very interesting, I really wish I could retain more of what I heard today. On the way home we stopped to check on Grandma and she said that she was doing better. It was a frustrating afternoon for me as the NACAR race was in a rain delay and all of a sudden they went to the evening news and what was coming on for the evening never letting us know which channel race was moving to. I had to do some internet searching to find out what channel it was. I wasn’t able to record all of it because the channel lineup for it showed some other program. While I was recording part of it I turned to watch the Green Bay Packer football game. Once again the Packers forgot to show up, a very poor showing and got beat. In between the car race and the football we did watch a few of other shows we had recorded. The race finally got started around 6:30 pm and didn’t get over until 11:30 pm. Cheri finally gave up around 9:30 pm and went to bed.
