This morning I headed to
Dade City to install the new drawers I made for the church kitchen. I did have
to do a little adjustment but the project went well. When I got home I found
Cheri busy in her sewing room. She had also started a new recipe with pork
chops in the crock pot, they do smell good. After lunch I work on doing some
sanding on the rocking motorcycle and Cheri back to the sewing room. Later this
afternoon Cheri had an eye appointment and has to have new glasses. She still
has the double vision, praying that the new glasses will help to remove the
double vision so that she can drive again. She misses being able to go shopping
when she feels the need. Cheri and I didn’t think the new pork chop recipe was
very good but still have one more meal of it. It was another evening watching
the TV shows we have recorded. Sure is nice that we don’t have to watch all the
commercials.

Grandma didn’t go to
church with us this morning as our daughter is coming this morning to spend
some time with her while Cheri and I are in church. We missed Sunday school
this morning so we could be home by 11:00 am because Kari, Dan, and Grandma
were coming over. They arrived around 11:45 am. It was good to see Kari and to
meet Dan. We had a nice visit before going to Golden Coral for lunch. After
lunch we came back to our place for more visiting reminiscing old times. It
nice to get to know Dan and some of the things he has done. They left around
6:30 pm and dropped Grandma off at home. We settled in for an evening of TV
watching the Daytona 500 that I had recorded along with the rest of the death
by chocolate cake with ice cream. The race was very exciting and was more
interesting with the new rules. It was late by the time we got done watching
the race. Thank you God for letting have time with family today.

Cheri and I weren’t in the
mood to do anything today. I was just being lazy and Cheri needed the thread to
do any work on her quilt project. We checked with Larry and Denise to see if
they wanted to go to Lakeland with us today. They said yes so we picked them up
at 9:45 am and headed to Jo Ann fabrics for Cheri and Denise. Larry and I went
to Harbor Freight. Larry got a couple of things and I picked up a couple of
wood clamps to use on the rocking motorcycle. After we picked up Cheri and
Denise we headed across town to Ling’s to have Chinese for lunch, the best
place for Chinese food. Then we took the long way back home. After dropping
Larry and Denise off we stopped by Grandma’s to see about streaming Uncle Max’s
funeral service, it wasn’t available and found out that the church had trouble
with the camera. I felt bad because Grandma was looking forward to watching the
service. It was after 3:00 pm when we got home and was ready for the recliner
and some TV along with a nap. Because of the large lunch there wasn’t any
supper but we did have some death by chocolate cake with some ice cream later
in the evening.

I was on the road at 6:15
am to have breakfast with my accountability group in Dade City. Today was the fourth
time I have gone and now look forward to it each Friday morning. When I got
home Cheri was just getting around and I headed to the shower. After getting cleaned
up and some Bible study it was time to do some more painting on the drawers. I
did a few odd jobs while waiting for each coat to. We also made a trip to Winn Dixie
for a few groceries. With the drawers finally done I loaded them in the car and
headed to church to install them and found that the church is closed on Friday
afternoons. When I got home Cheri was busy making a dessert to take to Life
Group this evening. Cheri said that she ran out of thread for the project she
is working on and needs to go to Joan-Fabrics, maybe tomorrow. We met Mike and Pam
at Walgreens and then rode with us to meet Ron and Sandy at Wendy’s for supper.
After we eat we all headed back to Ron and Sandy’s for our Life Group
gathering. It was a good evening as Cheri and I leaned a couple of things that
Pam and Mike explained to us on the way home. It is such a joy to have good
friends to help guide us in our walk with God.

It was another morning and
into early afternoon with more light rain. Which washed out the motorcycle ride
we guys were going to do today. It also was another day that I wasn’t able to
get my painting done. I did check the rain gauge and only received ½ inch for
the two days. A friend (Jerry) from Dade City called me this morning and wanted
me to go and check out a miniature golf course just outside of Zephyrhills. He
is thinking about building one in Dade City and wanted my input on it. We did
get a little damp while checking it out. Cheri was once again spending time in
her sewing room and doing laundry. After lunch we gave Larry and Denise a call
to see if they wanted to go over to Wesley Chapel to check out the new Costco
store. They went along with us and I had decided to get a membership but waited
check it out first as long as Larry and Denise had a membership. After checking
out the store I decided not to join. Our next stop was Sam’s Club where we did
buy a few things and renewed our membership there. Then we headed back to Larry
and Denise’s where Denise and Cheri fixed us supper. Then it was time for a
couple of games of Hand, Knee, and Foot. We got home around 8:30 pm and I
settled in to watch the NASCAR races. After about an hour Cheri gave up and
went to bed. It was around 11:30 pm when I tuned off the TV.

It started raining around
6:30 am and continued all day with rain and mist. Being a dreary day we didn’t
feel like doing much. I was going to paint but the rain put a stop to that. I
did spend time in the shop getting it cleaned up but still have more to do. I
also spent some time on the rocking motorcycle and got the holes drilled in the
wheels. Cheri spent the morning doing her Wednesday house work and then working
in her sewing room. I dropped Cheri off at Hobby Lobby around 2:45 pm and then
I went for a haircut. It was really busy, guess everybody had the same idea as
it was too wet to doing anything else. I got back to pick up Cheri at 4:00 pm
and then headed over to Walgreens where we met Mike and Pam. We headed over to
Wesley Chapel where we met Ron and Sandy at BJ’s Brew House & Restaurant.
Between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm they have half price appetizers. So we made that
our dinner along with a good visit. We were back home by 8:00 pm. Being able to
spend time with friends helps left your spirits on a dreary day.

We received sad news that my aunt from Dad’s side passed away
Sunday and more news that my uncle from Mom’s side passed way yesterday. Now
remembering the good times I had with them. Other than that we both had a good
day working on our projects. Cher working on her quilt project and me on the
drawers for church. Frist thing I made a trip to Lowe’s for the material I
needed for the bottom of the drawers as I only had enough for one drawer. By
2:00 pm I had them ready to paint and when I got the air hose out it sprung a
leak so I had to make another trip to Lowe’s for repair parts. I did manage to
get two coats of paint on the bottom of the drawers. It was near 4:30 pm when I
finished. Time for a hot shower and a relaxing evening. Cheri surprised me with
a strawberry pie that she took time from her quilt project to make. We had a
piece this evening while watching TV. Thank you God for helping us through
another day.

Cheri and I both had a good day. Cheri was busy most of the day in
her sewing room working on a new quilt project. I headed up to Dade City this
morning to pick up two badly damaged and broken drawers from the church kitchen.
I volunteered to build new ones. So that was how I spent my day. I did have to
make a trip to Lowe’s to get some lumber and drawer hardware. I got the drawers
cut out except for the bottoms. I worked until 4:00 pm and then was ready for a
nice hot shower as I was really dusty from all the cutting. While I took my
shower Cheri started fixing a new recipe that Darren had fixed for us when we
were up there working. It was really good and later in the evening we had fresh
strawberry shortcake while watching TV. It was a perfect day that God made.

We had a nice breakfast and visit with Bro and Katherine before
they left around 9:30 am. We had a fun time with them while they were here, hated
to see them leave so soon. We didn’t get to church today because we wanted to
spend the time with Bro and Katherine. But we did go to Sunday school. We hung
around after Sunday school visiting and was close to 1:00 pm before we headed
home. This afternoon Cheri was busy washing up bedding and towels from our
company. I settled in to watch the NASCAR race that I had recorded. Well the
race was rained out and was run this morning so I missed all of it. I did watch
the Daytona 500 qualifying and checking out all the new rules for this year.
While I was watching Cheri was napping. We had pizza for supper and then
settled in to watch some of the shows we have recorded which we are falling
behind on watching.

Breakfast lasted a couple of hours. Cheri made a new breakfast recipe
that was very good. We just sat around the kitchen table talking and drinking
coffee. There is no better place than the kitchen table to sit around to visit
with friends. We finally all got cleaned up and went over to spend some time
with Grandma. With visited for a while and then played a game of dominos which
was fun, been a long time since I have played. Then we headed to Dade City for
a late lunch or early supper. We eat at a new Mexican restaurant and the food
was very good (don’t remember the name). While we were at Grandma’s it had
started to rain and was pretty much over when we got done eating. Then we
headed to Plant City to see if there would be any cars for the car show. There
were only a couple of cars because of the rain. While Bro and I checked out the
cars that were there Cheri and Kathrine went into the quilt shop. A little
later the four of us went into an antique shop, sure makes you feel old when
you see all the things you use to have in an antique shop. We headed home and
settled in to watch a couple of movies along with a piece of strawberry pie
that Cheri had made. Thank you God for another wonderful day with friends.

I left the house a little after 6:00 am and headed to Dade City to
have breakfast with my Accountability Guys. Bro and Kathrine arrived a little
before 10:00 am and are spending the next couple of days with us. We sat and
visited until noon and then had a sandwich before Cheri and Kathrine headed out
to Beall’s to shop. Bro and I went over to Tractor Supply to look around and
then I took him to Ollie’s as he had never been to one before. We both came
home without buying anything. The girls came back the same time as they
followed us into the park. We did some more visiting before it was time to pick
up Grandma and head to Lakeland to have dinner at Harry’s. It was the best meal
I have had out in a long time. We made a quick stop at Harbor Freight for Bro
as he wanted to look at a winch which wasn’t on sale here but is back in
Wisconsin. We were back home by 8:00 pm and watch a couple of shows before
calling it a night. Thank you God for a day with good friends.

Busy morning here. Cheri was busy early getting laundry and house
work done while I took Grandma for her 9:30 am doctor appointment. I dread
taking her to this doctor because we always have to wait. Once again we were
her first appointment for 9:30 am and she didn’t get there until 10:20 am
(never on time). When I got home Cheri was ready to go to the flea market to
get some vegetables and strawberries. We dropped them off at home and then went
to Wal-Mart for groceries and of course all the snow birds are in Florida and
Wal-Mart is a mad house. It was after 1:00 pm when we finally got home. After
lunch we settled in to work on our Sunday school lesson along with some
additional Bible study. The rest of the afternoon we chilled out and watched
some TV shows we had recorded. Our Friends Mike and Mary were back in town from
South Carolina to see Mike’s mother. They came over this evening with his
mother for a visit. Sure good to see them as it has been a year since we last
seen them. They left around 8:00 pm and we settled for a couple more shows and
then called it a day.

Cheri and I both put in a bad night. During the night Cheri left
and went to the other bedroom because of my snoring. Nice that we have an extra
bedroom that we can retreat to. After our Bible study this morning I made a
trip to Lowe’s to get some stair runners to cover the rocking motorcycle base
which will make it look better and give Wyatt some cushion if he should fall
off the motorcycle. On the way home from Lowe’s I stopped and picked up Grandma
and brought her home with me. Shortly after we got home our company (Jim, Jannetta,
Bro, Katherine, and Lilly) came. It was hard for all of us to visit together
and finally we guys went to the dining room to visit. Around 1:00 pm we all
headed over to Golden Corral for lunch and then back to our place for more
visiting. Our company left around 4:00 pm and I took Grandma home. Cheri and I
were exhausted from not sleeping well last night and doing something out of our
normal routine. We tired watching some TV this evening but couldn’t stay awake
so finally gave up and went to bed. Thank you God for good friends.

Happy Valentine’s Day to everyone. Valentine’s Day means a lot to
me as fifty years ago today I asked Cheri to marry me. She fulfills my life and
helps me through each day. Thank you God for putting us together. Denise and
her girlfriend picked up Cheri at 10:00 am and went shopping. I put the rocking
motorcycle on hold for the day. Larry and I went for a motorcycle ride. We did
a 177 mile ride and found a road that we hadn’t been on before. We even made a
stop to buy candy for our sweeties. Larry and I got home around 4:30 pm and was
surprised that Cheri was home, but she did come a few minutes later. I changed
clothes and we headed to Lakeland to have a steak dinner at Longhorn Steak
House. We had steak fifty years ago and that seems to be what we have each
Valentine’s Day. Well this time things started out wrong and got worse. My
salad came with the wrong dressing on it, Next I had to ask for bread plates.
Then when our steak came Cheri’s wasn’t cooked enough and sent it back. I was
almost half done when it finally came back and it still wasn’t cooked right.
The manager came over and apologized to Cheri and told her she could have
another steak but decided she didn’t want to wait as I was done. So he told her
that she could have anything she wanted and she settled for a nice dessert. All
in all it just made things bad for our special night together.

Cheri was busy cleaning house and working in her sewing room
today. This evening she told me she has finished the quilt project she has been
working on. So I will take a picture in hopes to post it tomorrow. I worked on
the rocking motorcycle today. I did the final sanding on the base and put a
coat of stain on it. I wasn’t happy with it so I went to Lowe’s to get some
black paint for it. I put on two coats of satin black paint and I am still not
happy as it shows all the imperfections. I think I will try some flat black to
see if that would be better. I had made some mistakes on some of the pieces I had
cut out and had to redo them along with a couple of pieces I forgot to cut out.
It was one of those day where you take one step forward and two backwards. By
3:30 pm I decided I had made enough mistakes for the day. I took a hot shower
and was ready for some relaxing time in the recliner. Cheri fixed us eggs,
bacon, hash browns, English muffin, and orange juice for supper (breakfast for
Supper). It was an evening of watching shows we had recorded.

Grandma told us yesterday that she wouldn’t be going to church as
her knee is giving her a lot of pain and being out in the cold air doesn’t
help. Pastor Randy’s message was more about putting on the armor of God to
protect ourselves. Our Sunday school class was on Prayer. So it was an
excellent day learning about God and what we need to do. Cheri spent the
afternoon in the recliner resting. When I finished on the rocking motorcycle
base yesterday I wasn’t real happy with it so I took it out this afternoon and
did some major sanding on it and now looks much better. It was near 4:00 pm
when I finished with it. I just got in the house when we got a call from Ron
and Mary Jo Walton. We were on the same caravan to Alaska in 2008 and have
gotten together every year as they come down to Florida with their camper for 6
weeks. Will this year they came down without the camper and for only two weeks.
So they want to know if it was ok for them to come and see us this evening. We
had a great time catching up as they also had a new grand baby in their family
so there was a lot of picture showing and telling stories about grand babies.
They left around 6:30 pm as they had a ways to go for their motel. We watched a
few shows we had recorded and called it a night.

We had planned on working on our projects this morning but when we
sat down to do our Bible study Cheri checked her phone and Grandma had called
but didn’t get the call because Cheri forgot to turn her phone back on after
the Life Group last night. Cheri tried to call her but couldn’t get a relay
operator. So we jumped in the car and headed over to her place. She said that
she couldn’t send or receive any e-mails. So I did some checking and found that
there was a lot of old e-mails that needed to be deleted and did some clean up
and checked to make sure everything was working. It was almost noon when we got
back home. We decided to have lunch before we got started on our projects.
Cheri worked on her quilt project and has it just about done. I continued to
work on the rocking motorcycle and finished assembling the base. I think it is
ready for the finally sanding, staining, and varnishing. I also started gluing
up the motorcycle pieces and realized I forgot to cut out the fenders. Something
for another day. At 4:00 pm Cheri and I decided we had done enough for the day.

It was 46 degrees this
morning which was on the cool side. I left at 6:10 am on the motorcycle and
rode to Dade City to have breakfast with the Men’s Accountability Group. It was
only an eight mile ride and I was dressed for the cold so it wasn’t so bad. I took
the bike because Cheri had an 8:30 am appointment and I wasn’t sure I would be
back in time. As it turned out she was just leaving when I arrived home. When
she got home she went to the sewing room and I went outside to work on the
rocking motorcycle. We didn’t have a lot of time to work as we had to leave at
11:20 am and headed to Brooksville for Cheri’s eye appointment. She got a good
report as the swelling has gone down again. It was 3:00 pm when we got back
home. Later we met Mike and Pam at Walgreens where we left our car and rode
with Mike and Pam to Tokyo Grill & Sushi where we met Ron and
Sandy for supper and then we headed to Ron and Sandy’s for the first night of
our new Life Group. This session is: Watch Your Mouth by Tony Evans. There was
a good turnout and was good to be back with the Life Group.

I felt a little sluggish
this morning or just a little under the weather. Cheri got the laundry started
early as she does every week. The rest of the morning was us working on taxes
and filling out paper work for Grandma. It was noon when we finally finished with
all of that. After lunch Cheri went to her sewing room and I went outside to
work on the rocking motorcycle. I got the base parts sanded and then got most
of it glued up and assembled. A few more hours and I should have the base done
except for staining and varnishing. I was done by 4:00 pm and ready to join
Cheri in the recliner. After supper we settled in for an evening of TV and
popcorn for me. I really like the new headphones I got for watching TV. I can
hear so much better.

Woke up at midnight to
thunder and lighting, something I haven’t heard in a long time. I checked the
rain gauge this morning and received just over ¾ inch. Cheri and I left the
house a little before 10:00 am and headed to Lakeland to do the things that we
were going to do yesterday. I dropped Cheri off at Jo-Ann Fabrics and then I
went to Harbor Freight to get a table extension for my drill press, no luck on
that as they were out of them. I found a few other things to help me with the
rocking motorcycle. When I got back to Jo-Ann’s I went in told Cheri I was
going to walk over to Best Buy to see about getting a Wi-Fi extender to go with
our router. Well I ended up buying a new router that is supposed to have a
better range then the one we have now. I also bought a set of wireless head
phones to wear while watching TV. I know I always have the TV too loud for
Cheri. I got them set up and tried it this afternoon watching one of our shows
we had recorded and I was able to hear things I couldn’t hear before. The rest
of the afternoon was spent installing the new router and was surprised how many
different things we have hooked up to the internet. This evening Mike and Pam
came over to finish the Bible study we have been doing on the Holy Spirit. Mike
and Pam have been very helpful in our walk with God.

This morning Cheri worked
on taxes and I did some computer work before it was time for us to take Grandma
for her doctor’s appointment. While Cheri and Grandma was in to see the doctor
I went next door to see what the results was from the heart echo that Grandma
had done a couple of weeks ago. Everything was good from the heart echo.
Grandma also got a good report from her general doctor. After her appointment
we drop her off at home and went to Wal-Mart to get her medicine and groceries.
By the time all was said and done it was after 1:30 pm when we got home. Time
for a late lunch. After lunch Cheri worked on making a crockpot of chili for me
to take to Men’s Night Out at church. I left a little past 4:00 pm in order to
help set up table, chairs and all the food for the meal at 6:30 pm. Several
other guys came to help set up so it didn’t take every long. After the meal
Pastor Randy had a good message on how we should have another Christian friend
to be accountable to. Just another way to help you keep your eyes on God. Linda
picked up Cheri around 6:00 pm and took her over to Panera Breads for the
Ladies Night Out. She got back home around 8:30 pm and I got home a little
before 9:00 pm. We watched a little TV and called it a night.

I left the house at 7:45
am headed to Tampa for a doctor’s appointment. I never know how the traffic is
going to be so I like to leave early. My lab appointment was for 9:00 am and
got there for it at 8:30 am and only had to wait a couple of minutes. Then I
headed for my doctor appointment which was in the same building and was there
at 8:55 am for a 10:00 am appointment so I settled in with a book to read. Well
within 15 minutes I was called into the doctor’s office. After talking with the
doctor he wanted me to go back to the lab for another blood draw and wait an
hour and then come back to his office. After the lab I settled in at the
waiting room to wait out the hour to see the doctor. Well in a short time my
phone rang and it was the doctor want me to come to his office. For the last
two years I have been having a problem with my blood platelets going up and
down. Well this morning the person that did the blood testing noticed that by
blood was lumping in their testing tube which was causing an erratic test. Long
story short there hasn’t been any problem with my blood platelets. When I got
home Cheri was busy in her sewing room and said that she had run out of a
couple of colors of thread and wants to go to Jo-Ann Fabrics. I told her I
needed to get the new thermostat working before we could go. I was on the phone
for over an hour and a half trying to get the new thermostat working, they finally
gave up and said that I would have to get one of their preferred electricians
to come and hook it up. Not wanting to spend any money I went back to work on
it myself and within an hour I had it working. While I was working on that
Cheri started working on the taxes. By the time all was said and done we were
too tired to go to Lakeland.

I turned up the heat this
morning on the new thermostat and the fan did run but didn’t get any heat, so
it was a little cool in the house this morning. Grandma didn’t go to church
with us this morning as she said that it was too cold for here to be out.
Pastor Randy had an excellent message today From Ephesians 6:10-12 titled
Battle Ready: Where is Your Strength? Sunday school was very good with the
lesson being about Baptism. Today was our Linger Longer where we have lunch
together with our Sunday school class. The lunch was different kinds of chili
with, cornbread, salads, and desserts. We got to visit with more of our Sunday
school class. It was after 1:30 pm when we arrived back home. I went to work on
the thermostat. Check all of my wiring and it was correct, even checked on line
with Nest and it was correct. Which makes me think that the old thermostat was
never wired right. I sent in a trouble report to Nest and got and e-mail back
with a trouble report number. So I gave them a call and the office was closed
so I will have to call tomorrow. Cheri had settled into her recliner this
afternoon and when I got done with the thermostat I joined her to watch some
shows we had recorded. I had forgot about watching the Super Bowl, so when I
turned it on it was just before half time. We watched the rest of the game and
was disappointed with the outcome.

Cheri slept in this
morning which was a good thing because she has been really tired lately. I got
up at my usual time but was slow getting around. I think it was around 9:30 am
before we really got started doing anything. Cheri headed to her sewing room
and me outside to work on the rocking motorcycle base. After lunch I finished
getting all the cutting done with the motorcycle base. Now it is ready for
sanding and assembly. Later this afternoon Cheri quit in the sewing room and
was busy in the kitchen making corn bread to take to Sunday school for our
Linger Longer lunch after Sunday school. The lunch is going to be chili with
corn bread and all the other fixings. I worked on getting the new Nest thermostat
and security camera installed that Darren got for us. I think I got everything
working. I still have to move the security camera around to find the best place
for it. It was another evening of TV as we still have a lot of shows recorded
to catch up on.

I left the house at 6:15
am and headed to Dade City to have breakfast with some guys from church. They
have an accountability group that meets every Friday at 6:30 am for breakfast
and I was invited. I was back home by 8:30 am, Cheri was watching the news and
having breakfast. She already had laundry going. After she finished breakfast
we made a trip to Walmart to get groceries and a few other things we needed.
Cheri finished her laundry and headed to the sewing room. I made a trip to Lowe’s
to get the additional things I needed for the rocking motorcycle. I was frustrated
as I couldn’t find what I needed for the project so I headed to Home Depot and
no luck there either. I got home at 1:30 pm and was very frustrated and didn’t
feel like doing anything else today. This evening we were invited over to Larry
and Denise’s to play a game on Phase Ten. Our card game got interrupted by
Larry’s brother Frank and his wife Jane along with another couple that was with
them for a visit. So it was much later before we got back to the card game
which Cheri won. It was late when we got home and was ready for bed.

It was another cool
morning but warmed up quickly to be a wonderful day to be out and about. We
didn’t have any appointments or any place we had to be, nice. Cheri was busy
doing laundry and Thursdays house work early this morning. Then she spent the
rest of the day in her sewing room working on the new quilt project she started
yesterday. I worked all day on the rocking motorcycle and got a lot more of the
pieces cut out. Still have several more to do and now I need to make a trip to
Lowe’s to get some additional materials for it. I really enjoyed myself working
on it today and didn’t quit until 4:30 pm. I was full of saw dust and ready for
a nice hot shower. Cheri fixed us lasagna and garlic bread for supper, really
good. After being out in the fresh air all day I had hard time staying awake to
watch TV. We gave up and went to bed at 9:30 pm. Thank you God for presenting
us with a wonderful day.

Wow! The first month of
the New Year is gone, sure went fast. It was a few degrees warmer this morning
more to my liking but can get even better to suit me. It did warm up to be a perfect
day. Cheri has gotten back into her Wednesday routine. I even got back to working
again. First thing this morning I took Grandma for her 10:00 am lab
appointment. Then I went up to Jan Hughes and blew the leaves and twigs off her
roof and blew out the rain gutters. After lunch I worked on repairing our neighbor’s
(Jean) window screens. I wasn’t able to finish that job as I ran out of the
materials I need to finish. I told Jean what she need to get for me to finish
the job. She said that she would go to Lowe’s tomorrow. When I came into the
house I found Cheri in her sewing room working on a new quilt project. This
evening we met Ron and Sandy at the Tokyo Grill & Sushi for supper at
5:00 pm. On the way there we made a stop at the car wash as the car was pretty
dirty from our trip to Roswell. Seems like the car always drives better after
being washed. We had a good meal and visit with Ron and Sandy. It was around
6:30 pm when we got home. We settled in for an evening of TV and Popcorn for
me.

Gay Jan-31-17

We just had our coldest
day for the season, it was 37 degree this morning. It is hard to get excited
about doing anything when it is that cold. At 8:30 am I took Cheri to church as
she was helping some other ladies clean the church kitchen. On the way back
home I stopped to fill the car with gas. It did warm up to be a nice day and I
still didn’t feel like doing anything as I knew I would have to go back to Dade
City to pick up Cheri. Well just before noon I got a call from her that Cookie
was going to bring her home. This afternoon at 2:00 pm I had to take Grandma
for her doctor appointment for a heart echo. I was surprised as we got right in
which is really usual as we usually have to wait an hour before getting in. So
I was back home a little before 3:00 pm and too late to do any work. I think
that I am now just getting lazy and not wanting to do anything. We don’t have any
appointment tomorrow so maybe I can get something done.
