Breakfast lasted a couple of hours. Cheri made a new breakfast recipe that was very good. We just sat around the kitchen table talking and drinking coffee. There is no better place than the kitchen table to sit around to visit with friends. We finally all got cleaned up and went over to spend some time with Grandma. With visited for a while and then played a game of dominos which was fun, been a long time since I have played. Then we headed to Dade City for a late lunch or early supper. We eat at a new Mexican restaurant and the food was very good (don’t remember the name). While we were at Grandma’s it had started to rain and was pretty much over when we got done eating. Then we headed to Plant City to see if there would be any cars for the car show. There were only a couple of cars because of the rain. While Bro and I checked out the cars that were there Cheri and Kathrine went into the quilt shop. A little later the four of us went into an antique shop, sure makes you feel old when you see all the things you use to have in an antique shop. We headed home and settled in to watch a couple of movies along with a piece of strawberry pie that Cheri had made. Thank you God for another wonderful day with friends.
