Gay Aug-13-18

Cheri and I were a team
working on building a gazebo for a church friend Judy Clark. We started at 8:30
am. The project is like a big erector set. Cheri was busy reading the directions,
finding the right pieces to put together, and laying out all the screws and
bolts for each part. There was a part of the project that said we needed four
people to get it done, well I am here to tell you Cheri and I were able to do
it by ourselves. A really hard rain came at 4:00 pm which ended our day which
was ok as we were about ready to quit for the day anyway. Well when we got back
to town it hadn’t rained here. We stopped at Arby’s for their new BQ Rib
sandwich. It has been about five years since we have been to an Arby’s and
after today I remember why we haven’t been there, not good. When we got home we
both showered and Cheri even did a load of laundry and I did some computer
work. Then we headed to the recliners for an evening of TV which didn’t last
long as we both fell asleep during the movie we were watching. Thank you God
for guiding us through another day.
