Gay Aug-24-18

It’s Friday which means
breakfast and Bible study with my accountability group in Dade City at 6:30 am.
Today we studied Romans Chapter five, lots of good information. When I got home
I cleaned out the bed of the truck and repacked my tools and got things I
needed for today. My first stop was at Judy’s to fix the roof rain water to divert
it away from the gazebo. Well what I had didn’t work so it is back to the
drawing board for another idea. From there I headed over to Tamp Bay country to
repair a closet wire shelving unit that fell off the wall from being overloaded.
After getting everything out of the closet Don, De, and I spent time coming up
with a plan for the way they want it reconfigured. Which means a stop at Lowe’s
on the way home for materials. I also stopped to see Bob Conover who had neck surgery.
He seems to be doing well with the neck healing. I was back home by 4:00 pm.
Cheri was working in her sewing room on a new quilt project. We had planned on
going to Sam’s Club tomorrow but I will once again will be working on Saturday
so we decided to go this afternoon. After we got done at Sam’s Club we stopped
at Culver’s for supper and had the kid’s meal again. It was 7:00 pm when we got
home. I headed for the shower and then to the recliner where Cheri and I
watched a movie we had recorded. We also got more rain this evening and
received another inch of rain. Our catch pond for run off as the most water in
the five years we have lived here. Thank you God for a great day.
