Sharp's Travels

Cheri and I took our time getting around this morning as we didn’t have to be anywhere early today. It was another very hot day with a high of 92 degrees and humidity at 79 %. It was the hottest day so far but not the really high humidity. We rode the motorcycle over to Auburn to meet Pat and Roger for lunch. As we were riding the air felt like a blow torch coming at us. We got to Mac’s Grill before Pat and Roger, so we went ahead and got a table, also the air conditioning felt good. When Pat and Roger arrived, they told us that when they came out to their car form the hospital where they volunteer two days a week and found someone had backed into their car. The person was kind enough to leave their name and number on the windshield. So after we eat they stopped to get and estimate on the damage. Cheri and I had to stop at Wal-Mart to get a money order for our license plates as they will not take a personal check. Then we met back at Pat and Rogers for an afternoon of visiting and playing Five Crown. After a couple of games we took a break and sat outside where it was a little cooler. Pat and Roger had bought sub sandwiches for supper. Then we watched the sun set and I was able get some pictures of it. We played another game of Five Crown and then it was time to head back to the 5th wheel.
