Cheri Sept-9-12

We left our campground at 9:30am headed for Homer. We made a 10 minute stop at mile 62 and then went on to Soldotna. We stopped at the wood carvers. There wasn’t too much going on there so Gay & I had a quick lunch in the 5th wheel and then headed on to the campground. It is located right on the Cook Inlet. We have a beautiful view of the water & mountains right from our rigs.
As soon as we were settled in Gay & Spike took everyone into town to purchase their fishing licenses and check out which boat would be taking them out to fish for Halibut tomorrow morning. Gay was not going to go but Spike talked him into it. Spike gave the city tour and then we all kind of settled in for the night.
