Cheri and I had a busy morning. Cheri had a lot of laundry to do from our trip plus cleaning floors. I went over to the neighbors and removed a couple of seed pods from the palm trees. I also need to do some weeding around the bushes and flowers but just too hot to do it today. I got the rest of my tools unloaded from the car that I took to Darren and Brooke’s. A few days ago I got a call from Home Depot letting me know that the closet door had come in so I headed over to pick it up. When I got back I did some patching on the crown molding where I was short a small piece. At 11:45 am Cheri and I headed out for had lunch at DQ. Then a stop at Lowe’s for paint, wood filler, door lock set, and some salt for the water softener. Our next stop was at Wal-Mart for groceries. It was after 1:00 pm when we got home. Cheri and I were both in a somewhat depressed state today, not sure why but maybe from the trip and trying to get back into our routine. Any way we rested and watched TV the rest of the afternoon and evening.
