Grandma didn’t go to church with us this morning but we did stop by her place at 8:30 am to put the ointment cream on her back. There was only one service today which was at the same time as late service which met that our Sunday school class started at 9:15 am. Cheri and I had read the Sunday school lesson for today but didn’t seem to get much out of it. Well that all change in Sunday school class as Charlie did an excellent job of presenting it so we could better understand it. In fact it was so good that he spent extra time going through the lesson. Which made serval people late for church. It was ok with Cheri and I as we had decided that we weren’t going to church today as it was all about Bible school. After Sunday school Cheri and I headed to Wal-Mart to pick up groceries and other things for Grandma. It was after noon when we got home. We had lunch and then settled in for a relaxing afternoon reading and watching some TV. I had planned on watching the NASCAR race but it was postponed because of rain. We left the house at 4:30 pm and made a stop at Grandma’s and then on to pick up Mike and Pam to see the movie God’s not Dead #2. It was being showed in our church at 5:30 pm. It was a very good movie that everyone should see. If you want to make it even better watch God’s not Dead #1 first. It will help you better understand God’s not Dead #2. We got home a little after 8:00 pm. It was a great day spending time with God and good friends.
