First thing this morning we went over to Grandma’s to apply the cream on her back. She said that she thought that she could do it herself. So she is going to try it for a few days to see how it goes. When we got back home Cheri did some baking, a new dessert recipe which was excellent. She also spent a lot of time in her sewing room working on a new project. I headed outside to work on the motorcycle. I couldn’t find my oil filter wrench, looked for about an hour and never did find it. But managed to get some things in the shed more organized. I was able to use an old oil filter wrench that I had for our Miata. After changing the oil filter and draining the engine oil I could see I needed new drain plug O-rings. So after getting cleaned up we made a trip to the Harley dealer in Lakeland for the O-rings. The dealership is own by some new people and when I paid for the parts I told them I had a rewards card. Well they didn’t carry forward the rewards from the old owners so all the reward points went right down the drain. I wasn’t happy, guess it is time to look for a new dealer. I am sure there were other guys that probably felt the same way. I would have thought that it would have been a good well thing to keep customers and keep them happy. So they started a new rewards program for me which I told them I would never use and they didn’t seem to care. We also made a couple other stops on the way home return some things we didn’t need. One of the places was Home Depot and while we were there I checked the pre hung doors and found out that I can order a 20 inch door. We drove through a hard rain on the way home and it quit just as we were pulling into our park. We did get some rain but didn’t check the rain gauge. Cheri fixed a new recipe of chicken breast wrapped with bacon and brown sugar along with some other spices and baked in the oven. It was very good.
