First thing this morning I went over to Grandma’s to fix her life alert. Yesterday I change the battery as it had a light on the main unit showing low battery. Well after putting in the new battery it still showed low battery. After I got home I read the instructions that came with the unit. I found out that it uses a special battery that is rechargeable. And there is a spare battery in the main unit that is on charge and all that has to be done is to exchange the batteries. I had thrown the old one away and needed to get over to Grandma’s before the trash went out. I did find the battery and did the exchange and now everything is ok. It was 9:00 am when I got to work. I worked on gluing the bathroom floor tiles down. I also had time to cut a few tiles for the shower floor. It was 4:00 pm when I got done for the day. My knees are hurting as I have been down on them working Saturday and again today. Plus tomorrow I will be grouting the floor tiles which means I will be down on them again. Cheri took Grandma for a doctor’s appointment today and had a long wait to get in to see the doctor. Cheri also got her Monday house work done along with making potato soup and corn bread for supper. It was a normal evening of TV. Thank you God for a blessed day.
