As far as weather goes today was much like yesterday with rain off and on during the day and a hard rain this evening. Grandma went to church with us today. Pastor Randy’s message was titled “Why We Need Wisdom” from James 3:17-18, Proverbs 2:6-8. Our Sunday school lesson was titled “On Mission” from 1 Timothy 2:1-15. After Sunday school we had our Sunday school Linger Longer which is a potluck dinner with time to get to know the people better from our class. It was a good time and to know more people on a personal level. It was 2:00 pm when we arrived home. Cheri and I settle in to relax the rest of the day. I planned on watching the NASCAR race but it was rained out and will be run tomorrow at 5:00 pm. We ended up watching a few movies we had recorded. We had our usual Sunday evening meal of Pizza. Thank you God for a day spent with Christian friends. I checked the rain gauge and we received a little over two inches.
