Mike and Pam picked us up at 9:00 am and we headed to Palmetto for breakfast at Riverside Café. We sat outside in an open air area. It was an overcast day with a nice breeze. We had a wonderful breakfast. Then we took a short walk out part way on the pier. From there we headed to Mike’s brothers place to check on it as they are up north for the summer and won’t be back to Florida until in October. Everything was in great shape. Then we headed to St Pete to the Sunken Gardens. We spend a lot of time there and I took a lot of pictures, with the overcast sky it made a perfect day for pictures, for more information on the Sunken Gardens click on this link http://www.stpete.org/sunken/.Then it was back to our place to play some cards. Mike and I won once again playing Hand, Knee, and Foot. Cheri was the big winner playing SOB. Mike and Pam left around 6:00 pm. It was a very relaxing day and was a great time seeing all the beauty that God made and provide for us to see today with close friends.
