Cheri is still exhausted and not sleeping well. She has to sleep on her side and has to have a pillow behind her back so she doesn’t roll on her back. If she wants to lay on her other side she has to get up and go to the other side of the bed. She can’t lay back in her recliner so it has been hard for her to rest in the recliner. Hopefully after her doctor’s appointment on Friday she can get back to a normal life. I did work outside for a while this morning before it got to hot. I made some headway on Cheri’s mantel shelf. I got some of the sanding done and the trim glued together. This afternoon we watched an old movie with John Wayne called the Green Berets. I know we watched before back in the early seventies, still a good movie. I had bought some smoked sausage yesterday and today I found a recipe on line for a smoked sausage casserole which I made for supper along with corn on the cob and English muffins. Later we had an ice cream cone for dessert.
