Gay June-26-15

Yesterday Mike asked me if
I wanted to go out for breakfast this morning and I said that would be nice. Mike
picked me up at 7:30 am and we went to Island Breeze, my first time for
breakfast there. We had a nice visit and asked me if we had a rain and wind
storm come though our park and I said no. He said that a one came through their
park and had a lot of rain and leaves and small branches down and it rained
hard enough to wash sand onto the road. He also told me that their friend’s
house had the fascia trim blown off their house. Mike watches the house while
they are up north for the summer. So after breakfast we went over to check it
out. The trim was only hanging by one screw. We went back to our place so we
could get the ladder and tools needed to fix it. As it turned out it wasn’t
that bad getting it back up and screwed in place. When I got home Cheri was
busy doing her Friday laundry and house work. I finished up with the kitchen
cabinet and then cleaned up my work station that I had used in the sunroom to
assemble the cabinet because it was too hot outside to do the project. I also
worked in the shop on Cheri’s shelf; once again I think I have it ready for
paint. That will be a tomorrow project if I have the energy to do it. Cheri
rested this afternoon, her eye is improving but does affect her because she can’t
focus with the gas bubble in it, makes it hard for her to do anything.
