We left Price, UT at 7am this morning. We were up early, I fixed breakfast and we were off. Much of the way it looked as if we were traveling in the desert. There was nothing but dirt with a little sagebrush here and there. Finally we got into the mountain area. It just looked like high mounds of dirt. The land was real barren with a few scrub trees. There was no sun today and it was very hazy. Gay pulled over to wash the windshield so I could get a few pictures.
We fly right through Salt Lake City and ended up in Blackfoot, ID for the night. We parked in a Wal-Mart parking lot and Gay got out the generator, started it up and I fixed a late dinner. It is cooler tonight than last night. The pictures didn’t come out good, due to all the haze in the air.
