When we pulled into the campground last night the gate was down and no one in the guard shack, I saw the key pad and said to Cheri they never gave us a gate code to get in. So now what are supposed to do, I sat there for a minute figuring out what to do when I looked at the window of the guard shack and there was a paper in the window that said the gate code is 1234. So I pushed in 1234 on the key pad and the gate went up. Sure makes us safe that nobody is going to get into the campground after hours. This morning we left at 8:45 am and headed to Gunnison for church. We found a community church that was listed in one of the Gunnison tour books. We had a wonderful time and heard a great message from the book of Luke, love the messages from the Bible. After church we headed over to Wal-Mart to pick up a few things and then next door to the grocery store. We were low on just about everything. It was near 1:00 pm when we got home and had a late lunch of pizza. I worked on the computer this afternoon and got our route all planned on how we are going to get to the Black Hills in South Dakota, more about that in later blogs. Cheri bought a couple of magazines and was busy reading them. Later I started a new Clive Cussler book. It is nice to have another day of rest, we are going to need it as our day tomorrow is going to start early, more about that tomorrow.
