We didn’t get on the road until 10:15 am. We got a call from Darren this morning; we had tried to call him last night but went to voice mail. So we got have a nice visit with him. We got to the Canadian border at 11:00 am and had to wait about 20 minutes as there were a lot of cars ahead of us, no problems, just answered a few questions and we were on our way. We had trouble getting through Calgary, the signage and wasn’t that good and our GPS wasn’t the best help has it has never been updated since we got it back in 2007. We did make a couple of wrong turns but with Cheri’s map help and the GPS we made it without having to turn around anywhere. We pulled into Morley, AB at 4:39 pm and are staying in the Stoney Nakoda Resort & Casino parking lot. Now all we have to do is stay out of the Casino or it will cost us more to stay here then it would have at a campground. We did 270 miles today.
