Sharp's Travels

Cheri was busy with the Friday laundry. I headed out and went through the lumber I have here to see if I had what I needed to build the washer and dryer platform for Donna. I did need a couple of things so Cheri and I headed over to Lowe’s. I got what I needed and Cheri picked up some paint. She wants to start painting the living room. She plans on starting on one wall that will be a feature wall. When we got home I went to work on cutting out all the materials for the platform. It was nice working on it here at home as I was able to take several breaks for water and to get out of the heat for a bit. Things went well and was done and all cleaned up by 4:00 pm. I even got the platform loaded in the truck. I after a shower and getting cleaned up I joined Cheri. We had leftover beef stroganoff for supper and some more peach cobbler for dessert. It was a normal evening of TV watching all different kind of shows, ready for the fall season to start. Thank you God for guiding us through this day and keeping us healthy and safe. I forgot to take pictures of my work today.
