I worked over in Tampa Bay
country this morning. I had to repair the water piping into the house. It is at
the place where I removed the outside water softener which they no longer
wanted. It is in a low spot along the side of the house, it is a spot where the
water stands from all the rain. Well I had to bail out about five buckets of
water before I could do any digging. I had a mixture of copper and PVC piping
to work with. Long story short it took me all day to get done and still have to
go back with some dirt and sod. Cheri was out and about today getting some
groceries and other things she needed. Cheri wouldn’t let me in the house as I
was all dirty and muddy. I took my shoes and socks off and used the water hose
to wash off some of the mud before going in the house. So Lefty and I headed
for the shower. Once I got to the recliner where Cheri was reading it wasn’t
long before I was napping. Cheri had pork chops marinating in a special sauce
and fried them up for supper along with some green beans. It was a normal
evening of TV watching recorded shows and movies. I did get a call this evening
wanting me to install a new microwave and clean out a dryer vent. They are
going to let me know when they get the new microwave. Thank you God for keeping
us healthy and safe.
