Gay Sept-29-20

Dennis and I were able to
connect up and walk together this morning. I wasn’t able to go to the Tuesday
morning breakfast and Bible study. I left the house at 7:30 am for my eye
appointment at the VA in Tampa. I had a pretty good report but have to go back
and have my drooping eyebrow raised as it making my eyelid droop down over my
eye. It was around 11:00 am when I got home. I rested until lunch time. After
lunch I went to Donna’s to put the garbage can in the shed. Then to Sun State
to find out why no one has been working on the carport. They are still waiting
for the building permit. When he was here last week he thought it had arrived
but wasn’t one that came in. So we are in a waiting mode. I made a stop at Lowe’s
for a new saw blade to use on cutting siding which I will be starting tomorrow.
I also stopped to see if the VA office here is open. I found out that they are
open now and can get my labs done here. When I got home I started loading the
truck for tomorrow and got interrupted by a rain storm. An hour later I went
out and finished up loading the truck and started raining again. I checked the
rain gauge this morning and we received three inches. Cheri spent her day doing
the Tuesday house work and then reading her novel. We had leftover spaghetti for
supper. This evening we watched a movie that I napped through and woke up to
watch some home improvement and log home buying. Thank you God for a blessed
day.
